The two planes belonged to Dean International, a Miami flight school that has a history of over two dozen incidents and accidents from 2007 till 2017, Dade County mayor said. Police identified one of the victims as Nisha Sejwal, 19, from India. Sejwal had enrolled in flight school in September 2017, according to her Facebook page.
